The Henry Show

The Henry Show is my full-throttle, all-the-bells-and-whistles hour where I throw everything I have at the stage: guitar, drums, keyboard, kazoo, stories, and a whole lot of American adventure energy. This is the show I built for bigger rooms, festival slots, and events that want a headliner-style act that still feels personal and down-to-earth.
Across the hour, I move through my original songs, jumping from country-leaning tunes to rock-tinged anthems to softer moments that let folks catch their breath. Between songs, I fold in comedy and storytelling pulled from a lifetime of bouncing between cities, handing out homemade CDs, and chasing that crazy goal of selling a million vinyl records. I talk with the crowd, not at them, reading the room and adjusting as I go so the night feels alive, not scripted.
Families, friend groups, and mixed audiences tend to lock in because there is always something happening on stage: a drum break built from a simple loop, a sudden kazoo solo that barely takes itself seriously, a story that lands a laugh and then quietly shifts into a song about holding on when life gets sideways. If you want, I can build in a short segment about the Goldometer countdown so your guests see how their support fits into the bigger story.
This show works best for public events, larger private parties, and any stage that wants a dynamic, one-hour music and comedy ride. I handle the performance, coordinate on sound needs ahead of time, and show up ready to turn your event into a small but mighty chapter in this ongoing road-to-gold adventure.
